Agnes has been practicing bodywork for over 15 years after having  personally discovered its healing and nurturing effects. Since she finished her massage training at the European Healing and Massage Therapy School in Skokie, IL. Over the years she developed her skills and advanced training in various modalities of therapeutic massage and deep tissue bodywork such as myofascial release. She also incorporates neuromuscular and trigger point therapy as well as positional release. She is an active ABMP member since 2002. Agnes enjoys working closely with her clients, creating individualized sessions for pain relief and ease of movement. She always educates about the causes of pain and discomfort and suggests stretches and exercise. In her off time Agnes loves spending time with her growing family. She likes staying fit, promotes healthy living and is exploring esoteric literature. Her interests are broad as she views the world as a fascinating place to live and there's so much to learn about everything.
