In 2011 upon completing my journey at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca NY, I became determined to share the gift of massage. My time at FLSM was one of great change and discovery in my own life. I found myself constantly trying to share and help others understand the amazing transformation my life, mind, body and soul had just intensively been through. Having called the Finger Lakes Region home since 2002, I thought this a great place to start my professional journey.
Through my practice as a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist it is my goal to provide quality therapeutic massage to aid in the wellness of any client's life style. I provide customized massage therapy to meet the need of each client during every session. I practice my trade with three consistent beliefs, 1. Massage and bodywork has something to offer everyone. 2. That massage can be utilized to enhance everyday life. 3. That every-body is unique and has differing needs each session.
Each session starts with a thorough intake and assessment of the client's needs for that session. This includes a brief medical history, discussion of needs and objectives, and together with my clients we create a treatment plan and goals for that session and beyond. Post session includes a follow up of the treatment provided, recommendations for future treatment and some helpful self-care tips for my clients to bring home and use independently and in between sessions.
You can find Finger Lakes Massage in downtown Geneva at Exquisite, There are stairs at this location. In-home sessions are also an option for clients' convenience.
We each have our own life journey, and I express the most sincere gratitude to those I have had the privilege of crossing paths with, and those who have allowed me to share my passion for massage & wellness, allowing me to grow further in my own journey as a professional and as a fellow human.
