In 2010, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and completed 500 hours of education in Yoga Therapy, studying with Michelle Andre of Priya Yoga Therapy in the Lakewood area of Dallas.

I  have shared my passion with others by working as a Massage Therapy Instructor, teaching basic and advanced classes, participating in advisory committees for massage programs in Dallas, and instructing small classes devoted to the incredible  Japanese healing modality, Reiki.

I love volunteering at a local Reiki Fellowship and being able to introduce people to this type of bodywork as well as other unique massage techniques. I'm a learning enthusiast and am always searching for better ways to do what i do.
