As a former runner, I have learned the importance of listening to the body in order to achieve optimal performance. With this in mind, I pursued my passion for bodywork by attending Texas Massage Institute in 2007 and later returning to school in 2018 at Hands on Approach School of Massage. As a result, I have been able to serve as a Medical Massage Therapist for the past 15 years, bringing a determined yet encouraging energy to all of my clients.

With this in mind, I pursued my passion for bodywork by attending Texas Massage Institute in 2007 and later returning to school in 2018 at Hands on Approach School of Massage. As a result, I have been able to serve as a Medical Massage Therapist for the past 15 years, bringing a determined yet encouraging energy to all of my clients.

Having experienced the benefits of regular massage myself, I decided to specialize in Medical, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Brazilian lymphatic drainage to assist athletes and those dealing with chronic pain. Through my continued education in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Corrective Exercise, I have further expanded my skills to better serve my clients.

As a firm believer in the importance of self-care, I strive to provide the same level of care to my clients that I practice myself. With my expertise and dedication, I am confident that I can help you take care of your body and achieve your optimal performance.
