Heather Rundell

Breathe and stretch, stretch and breathe

I have studied through Fort Hays State University with their Massage Therapy Program. During my time there we had 120 hour externship, during this time I received a certificate in aromatherapy, hand and foot reflexology. For my clients I have been trained in lower back pain. I really enjoy having this training, because I am able to help my clients feel more comfortable in their day to day life.

Very friendly, focused on areas requested, communicative about pressure, and did a good job.

Best massage ever and got me in on the spur of the moment even though she was ready to walk out the door.

Heather was wonderful. She offered suggestions for individual problems I have with muscles and offered different techniques to break up scar tissue.

I was treated with great respect and she answered all questions that I had. It was the most relaxing appointment that I have had. With it being over 25 years since I have had a reflexology appointment, I couldn't wait to book my next appointment.

Not having any experience prior to this visit, I would explain what a great job Heather did to make me feel better. She was careful, listened to what I had to say and really worked to address what I needed. I feel so much better and will be very likely to visit again in the future.

She actually took the time to listen to my concerns and wanted to make sure I was comfortable during my session. I definitely feel comfortable referring my friends to Heather. Thanks again and see you soon.
