REVIEWS for my massage services

Didn't really hit or work out the muscular knot in my shoulder, which is why I went in for a massage. I have had numerous massages over the years and I understand that an issue, for example, in the legs could cause pain in back. However, I don't feel like the therapist spent enough time working on the knot itself. And I have never had a therapist not tell me the importance of drinking water after a massage. Liz never even mentioned it.

Liz took time to explain what she was doing and gave me tips for posture improvement and stretching. Her professionalism is amazing and she applies the perfect amount of pressure. And, my back did not hurt at the end of the day, which is a first in a very long time!
