I come to the field of massage therapy with much first hand experience of the body’s workings, playing sports, lots of physical training, strength and conditioning programs, anatomy classes, getting injured, receiving professional therapies, and doing the work myself to resolve physical movement issues. I’m a yoga teacher. First did yoga in 2008. I’m formerly a emergency medical technician and bring a healthcare professional mind and clinical though process to therapy.
