As a massage therapist specializing in Swedish Relaxation Massage I strive to give each client the massage best suited for them individually. This can involve light to Moderate Swedish Massage to the more specific modality of Therapeutic Massage involving moderate to deeper pressure increased or decreased during each session. In no way, as a therapist, do I believe any massage should be so painful a client wouldn't ever return. Communications between therapist and client is key during every massage. I urge all clients receiving massage to always tell your therapist when its too deep and if they don't listen to have them immediately stop the session and find a therapist who will listen to your needs for massage. I strive to make each session for my clients enjoyable, healing and something to add to their personal self care list each month.
