Susan and Theresa are BACK for 2015....and better than ever!

Theresa Young, LMT  is a therapeutic massage practitioner licensed in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.   She is also the creator of the Spalessness that has become affectionately known as the “Not-A-Spa!” 

Her specialties include the following bodywork modalities: Traditional Swedish Massage;  Fijian Barefoot Massage; Thai Yoga Massage; Hot Stone; Bamboo Fusion; Himalayan Salt; Cold Stone Facial for Headache/Migraine Relief;  Reflexology of the Hands and Feet; Therapeutic Chair Massage; Sports Massage for cyclists and equestrians.

Theresa devotes a portion of her massage practice to working with group functions in Galena Illinois.  Her goal is to provide a relaxing therapeutic massage experience for her clients in the comfort and privacy of their rental homes or hotel guest rooms.

Susan Barg, LMT is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (NCBTMB) licensed in Illinois.

She is experienced in Swedish Massage, Thai Table Massage,  Hot Stone, Bamboo-Fusion, Sports, Deep Tissue & Chair Massage and has worked with premier spas in the Chicago area, a chiropractic office, as well as her own private clients. 

An Olympic-level athlete herself, Susan has practiced sports massage on many high performance athletes including professional/Olympic runners in the 2010 Phoenix Rock and Roll Marathon and athletes in the 2009/2010 Chicago Marathon.

She believes that massage therapy should be part of everyone’s health and wellness routine, an approach she likes to refer to as “Sustainable Wellness.”
