I specialize in Thai massage and Deep Tissue, and can often combine both. A Thai massage is done clothed on a mat and includes stretching and pressure points to help relax the muscle knots and energy blocks in the body. This type of massage is suitable for anyone that enjoys an energetic massage. You will feel the benefits of a challenging yoga class without the effort. A Deep Tissue massage is done on a massage table with draping. It includes working on the muscles in layers to release the muscle knots and improve relaxation and circulation. Hot stones and aromatherapy using essential oils are included in the sessions based on the client's preferences. Thai massage-like stretches can also be performed on a table with secure draping. I strive to help my clients using sound foundations of yoga alignment and meditation as well as the anatomical and physiological concepts of massage therapy.
