I am a graduate of the Florida School of Massage. My style is a blend of therapeutic touch and relaxing bodywork customized for each client/session utilizing a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Thai/movement and stretching, Aromatheraphy, Reflexology, and more. I also offer Pregnancy (and postnatal) massage.

I tend to work with a lot of chronic conditions including, but not limited to: Autoimmune disorders, Scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Diabetes, Neuropathy, TMJ, etc. Massage therapy greatly improves quality of life and reduces pain and assists with management of inflammation.
