I have a background in health & wellness education as well as rehab therapy. I have also worked in healthcare for two years as an exercise technician and I transfer all that knowledge and experience into every massage I give. I specialize in deep tissue, sports, and medical/rehab massage, but I have experience doing more broad relaxation work as well. My favorite upgrades to use, for myself and clients, are aroma therapy, Hot Stone, and Thera Gun. I believe massage is best used as a tool to bring awareness to ones body and open the way for all other aspects of health and wellness.
