After growing up in Gainesville, FL, I spent 25 years living in the Kansas City, MO area.  While in Kansas City, my interest in holistic health and natural healing was awakened. I became a farmer raising heirloom produce, medicinal herbs, poultry, heritage sheep and a wonderful English Shepherd rescue named Justus. I also had the privilege of singing with the Heartland Men's Chorus, a GALA Chorus, for 20 years.  In 2011 Justus and I decided to return to Florida to be closer to family and friends.

While studying to become an herbalist, I became interested in the unique healthcare needs of men.  During my training I concentrated on the health and wellbeing of men and focused my practice in that area.  While my focus is on the health of men, my practice includes everyone regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation.
