I have always enjoyed mysteries, puzzles, physical activity and learning about the human body. How does that relate to my massage therapy practice? I get to do what I enjoy every day when someone enters my office with a physical pain or limitation. Through asking detailed questions about their daily activities and what they are experiencing physically, I begin to piece together the puzzle of what may be contributing to their pain and come up with a plan of action to address those issues. I value physical activity and my goal is to help others to remain active and not just accept limitations as a part of aging. Often times what is needed is just a little extra personal maintenance!

Injuries and chronic conditions are very specific to each patient’s musculature, and Angie is always willing to explore techniques needed for each person’s complex body system.
