I have always enjoyed mysteries, puzzles, physical activity and learning about the human body. How does that relate to my massage therapy practice? I get to do what I enjoy every day when someone enters my office with a physical pain or limitation. Through asking detailed questions about their daily activities and what they are experiencing physically, I begin to piece together the puzzle of what may be contributing to their pain and come up with a plan of action to address those issues. I value physical activity and my goal is to help others to remain active and not just accept limitations as a part of aging. Often times what is needed is just a little extra personal maintenance!

Angie is the best ! She correctly fiagnosed a shoulder issue that Drs and physical therapists got wrong. I am now on a road to recovery. Her treatments are not just spa massages; they are therapeutic. She has vast knowledge and applies it to help. I highly recommend her through my own experience.

Angie is the best! Her knowledge of the body’s musculature and connective tissues are bar none. She can hone in on areas to focus on that I didn’t even know I needed and when I leave I always feel better. She asks for what my goals are for the session and she always checks in to make sure pressure is okay. I can either relax for a quiet session or we can chat during our time—she’s aware of queues to know what my mood is. She’s always so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Don’t hesitate if you need/want strong pressure—Angie can accommodate! But if you don’t, she can also adapt to meet your comfort level and preference.
