I first fell in love with the healing power of massage when I received my first massage while in college to pursue an art degree. After two years of college, I switched gears and enrolled in Blanchard Valley Academy of Massage Therapy. After receiving my medical license in 2007, I worked in a small, but busy independent massage clinic in northwest Ohio.  After a short break from massage to become a stay at home mom and after moving to Gahanna, I've had the opportunity to work in a couple clinic settings in the Columbus area before opening my own practice here in Gahanna, Ohio. 


Over the past 15+ years I have finetuned my skillset to create what can be called ‘slow flow massage’. Focusing primarily on slowly releasing fascia, an interconnected ‘web’ of soft tissue throughout the body, I seek to slowly melt away the pain and tension patterns that so often prevents us from living our best life. My work may be different from the average massage session, but giving each client a session that is transformative and healing is my goal, every time.

Krista is wonderful. She asked about problem areas to focus on and was clear about the amount of pressure I prefer. Her space is very calm and inviting. My overall experience was great and she worked out my stubborn knot! I highly recommend.

Have visited massage therapists around the Columbus area and Krista is by far the best. She has many years of experience and will tailor to your individual needs. Most important she is a good listener and kind.

One of the best massages I have ever had ! Checked and made sure pressure wasn’t to much or little and stones were not to hot ! Very kind and listened to all my concerns and really worked the areas ! Cannot wait to return , I would highly recommend!
