After attending a one day workshop on massage "for fun", I was amazed to learn the benefits, thinking it fit in perfectly with natural healing, which has always interested me. I realized it was something I wanted to learn.

 The only school available in Columbus at that time was the Central Ohio School of Massage. After receiving the diploma, we could then apply to take the licensing exam.Even before receiving results of that exam, we were able to start the advanced class offered at the same school by Earle Timberlake. I had no real idea what the class entailed, but knew I had to take it. Thus I became certified as a neuromuscular therapist. We learned to search all the muscles for trigger points, tension within the muscles, and various other modalities. I soon found this took my practice to another level, where I could help people with all kinds of problems.
 Problems I can help alleviate include headaches, back pain, neck and shoulder pain, hand and feet problems, to mention a few.

Some years later I received a certificate for health coaching, so I could help people who wanted to improve their diet and lifestyle.

I provide services at my home office in Gahanna, at New Albany Country Club and Acupuncture Healing Clinic in Clintonville.

When not working or taking care of my house, I love to garden, read, and listen to classical music.
