A 100 hour Certification in Medical Massage Therapy rounded out her clinical approach to massage therapy. I’m very confused and disappointed. I have left several messages for Jackie with no response. The most recent was to follow up on a missed appointment for my grandson which I wanted to discuss and reschedule. I thought we had established a mutual respect and being “ghosted “ without explanation really surprised me. If there is an issue I have missed, I’d like to know considering I have thought very highly of Jackie. Juana Brown
