I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner, with over 20 years experience. I am trained in Swedish (classic), sports, deep tissue, myofascial release, Shiatsu, hot stone, prenatal, reflexology, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, structural analysis, Lomi Lomi, aromatherapy, energy work, TMJD and headache relief, chair massage, body treatments and more. My technique is an accumulation of each modality, creating a unique experience. I completed yoga teacher training in 2014, and find it invaluable to health and wellness, as it's the perfect addition to massage therapy.
