Hi,  my name is Erika Cripe.    I studied kinesiology and minored in nutrition at LSU.   I've been an exercise instructor for many years teaching Pilates, Yoga, Water aerobics, spinning, HIT style classes and many others.  We moved to Grand Junction in 2013 and I've been teaching classes and personal training at the Fruita Rec Center ever since.  I love physical activity and helping people to regain and maintain function and abudant health.  I've studied and worked with herbs, plant medicine and essential oils for most of my life.  I ran a 16 acre hobby farm in Oklahoma, where I learned  to milk goats and make cheese and many other wonderful products. I grew a huge garden and ran a small CSA ( community supported agriculture) there.  I love seeing modern allopatic medicine meet natural health care practices and embracing the wisdom of the ages. I 've always loved massage and recently added this modality into my practice.  I've found so much joy in bodywork and helping clients maintain abundant health.  I'm also a mother of 4 amazing children and happily married for 18 years and counting.
