Tracy has been practicing massage therapy in Allegany County since 1995. She is a Maryland licensed and nationally board certified massage therapist. She integrates Swedish, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial, and orthopedic massage techniques to individually customize each massage to the needs of each client. Tracy is certified in orthopedic massage through the Orthopedic Massage and Research Institute (OMERI) and has trained with the Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) Center in Florida.

Tracy’s experience includes over 20,000 massage sessions. She specializes in deep tissue massage, sports massage and orthopedic massage techniques. While many of Tracy’s clients see her for specific pain or injuries, others come in for health maintenance, stress reduction and general relaxation. She also offers corporate massage (chair massage) with local agencies and institutions.

 Additionally, Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She has had a lifelong interest in whole body wellness. She strives to create a space of comfort and serenity. Her gentle, friendly, and approachable attitude will put anyone at ease.
