I'm Ash. I've lived through out Texas for most of my life, although I'm originally from Alabama. I first stepped into the massage therapy world as a way to have flexible hours for university, but quickly fell in love with bodywork and haven't looked back! I specialize in Medical and Structural bodywork, with 4+ years of experience assisting chiropractic offices and medical professionals throughout DFW. My dream is to provide custom bodywork that not only allowed for mental relaxation, but also deep tissue bodywork that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.  My goal is to assist our local community by providing a safe space for healing and wellness, to reestablish the connection between mind and body, and provide our clients with the knowledge they need for their wellness journey.
