Kristie has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. 

After experiencing a few of her own musculoskeletal injuries, she turned to massage. She soon discovered just how powerful therapeutic bodywork is and the important role it played in a fast and functional recovery. Soon after she enrolled in an extensive orthopedic and rehabilitation massage program. She loves working with athletes and those suffering from injuries. She has had success in treating a variety of injuries including low back pain, hip pain & misalignment issues, sciatica, tension headaches caused by neck + facial pain, frozen shoulder, postural disorders, and repetitive overuse injuries. 

Kristie loves working one-on-one with people and seeing both the physical and emotional benefits of massage. She believes that proper communication and listening skills are the first steps to a great massage. Her work is slow + deep, gentle yet effective. She loves to educate her clients on the benefits of self-care, stretching and exercises to assist in the healing process. 

In addition to working with athletes and those suffering from injuries, she has extensive training in prenatal and postnatal massage. She has completed a doula training program and loves to comfort women through this transitional time in their lives. She also loves to enhance her bodywork through the use of cupping therapy to provide a more thorough and productive session.
