After an injury in 2012 that left her bedridden for a week, Crystal Vaitkus began searching for a holistic approach to heal her pain, rather than continuing to use pain medications and injections. After an injury in 2012 that left her bedridden for a week, Crystal Vaitkus began searching for a holistic approach to heal her pain, rather than continuing to use pain medications and injections. A visit with an acupuncturist, who combined acupuncture, cupping, and muscle isolation, eliminated her pain, and inspired her to begin researching massage therapy.  After research into several local Massage schools she enrolled and received her Licensed Massage Therapist certification in 2012 from South Bay Massage College. She is licensed in both California and Texas, a natural progression for a person who had long been a health advocate for years. In 2019, Crystal went on to receive her Personal Training Certification from  The American Counsel on Exercise (ACE). Knowing how important nutrition is to the overall quality of life, Crystal is currently studying nutritional coaching through Precision Nutrition.

Crystal is an absolute master of massage therapy! Her technique, variance, and ability to diagnose and approach with precision is unmatched. Every session I have with her I feel relaxed and resonate with the procedures she performs. My favorite is the assisted stretching with pressure points therapy on my lower back/glutes; I feel significant relief afterwards and always look forward to those sessions. Very genuine, compassionate and technically talented. I have frozen shoulder and on the first visit itself I could raise my hand 50 percent. She has been working on all my issues since then and I rely on her completely 100 percent, if any pain simply take her appointment. Best one.
