After an injury in 2012 that left her bedridden for a week, Crystal Vaitkus began searching for a holistic approach to heal her pain, rather than continuing to use pain medications and injections. After an injury in 2012 that left her bedridden for a week, Crystal Vaitkus began searching for a holistic approach to heal her pain, rather than continuing to use pain medications and injections. A visit with an acupuncturist, who combined acupuncture, cupping, and muscle isolation, eliminated her pain, and inspired her to begin researching massage therapy.  After research into several local Massage schools she enrolled and received her Licensed Massage Therapist certification in 2012 from South Bay Massage College. She is licensed in both California and Texas, a natural progression for a person who had long been a health advocate for years. In 2019, Crystal went on to receive her Personal Training Certification from  The American Counsel on Exercise (ACE). Knowing how important nutrition is to the overall quality of life, Crystal is currently studying nutritional coaching through Precision Nutrition.

This session with Crystal was like a magic trick. Truly felt my vagus nerve had a reset. I was much better when I left the session than when I arrived. She walked me through deep breathing. She then worked out my knots in my back and thighs with cupping. I need to work this into my schedule more often for self care. Highly recommend.
