I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. Rita is the BOMB!!!! My body has experienced a lot of "trauma" over my lifetime. Rita has broken through knots on top of knots on top of knots. At one time NSAIDS were a weekly necessity. Now after a year of 2 visits a month, NSAIDS are a thing of the past. We never truly understand how little accidents affect our muscles or whether everything does fall "back into place" once the breaks or strains heal. Seeking an experienced LMT on a regular basis does wonders as we progress through life. Thank You Rita!!!

I came in feeling sluggish and fatigued. I left feeling energized and stress-free. I particularly enjoyed how Rita educated me about the body as it relates to stress. I was very pleased with my service and I cannot wait until my next appointment.

This was my first experience with Rita Chang Therapeutic Massage and will NOT be my last! I've been experiencing chronic pain throughout my body for a few years now and was sick of taking pain meds that were not helping. My doctor prescribed physical therapy but I decided to take a different route and am glad I did. By the time I left my one-hour session with Rita, I could barely stand on my feet because I was so relaxed. Rita advised me to go home and do nothing but drink lots of water and rest which was exactly what I did. By the time I went to be later that night I slept better than I had in years. Thank you, Rita for your "healing hands."
