I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since May of 2011. I worked in the Chiropractic field for the past 25 years, so holistic health care is my passion. I have extensive education on the skeletal and muscular parts of the body and will be getting certified on diet and nutrition later this year. I am also a licensed radiographer with the state of Nebraska. I attended school at the Universal College of Healing Arts studying Massage Therapy.

Massage Therapy
Although I am not a Doctor of Chiropractic, I have extensive experience in the spine as well as other bones of the body. I have experience in ultrasound therapy, muscle stimulation, and, I'm also an x-ray tech. This experience in holistic health care, drove me to become my own practitioner in massage therapy. We all know that muscle and bone go together for strength and movement. I work with Aaron Dalton, D.C. here in Fremont when I feel Chiropractic would benefit my clients as well as massage therapy. He also sends his patients to me when he feels they have muscular issues. Chiropractic and Massage are proven to work well with each other. Chinese Cupping: I have has extensive classes and experience in cupping. This helps to being rich blood flow and fresh oxygen to the area of pain. There are different methods and I will choose which one is right for you. Deep tissue: A slow deep movement for those stubborn areas along with hot stones to break up facia and stagnent tissue. Hot Stones: I use hot stones on all my clients! The warmth of the stones are my ally in providing you the relief of pain and tight muscles.
