Clients often tell me that my healing art is a unique combination of deep tissue work that is, at the same time, very relaxing.


My dominant influences are from my mentor, the late, great, massage therapist, Peggy Redding, and from my career-long habit of working solely with my eyes closed.

This combination of things, things that I learned from listening to Peggy, and things that I have learned from listening to my hands, has taught me just how profoundly everything is connected. One can't effectively relieve shoulder pain without addressing the hands, wrists, and forearms. The upper back without addressing the upper chest. The inner shoulder blades without addressing the outer shoulder blades and the backs of the upper arms.

Likewise, in addition to physical tensions, there are often mental, emotional, and energetic elements to be aware of as well.

My most ardent wish is to help without harm and for clients leaving my studio to be stronger, less burdened, and better able to help those souls who depend on them, as well as the world at large around them.
