Timothy E. Bodnar, Jr. is a motivated, well-organized individual, an MBA graduate, a graduate of Central MD School of Massage (CMSM), and a committed Sr. Contracts Representative for SAIC. As a determined and confident member of Generation Y, his intense desire to secure a firm future is apparent in his demonstrated proficiency in everything he handles. Tim’s ability to work well with people, manage his time, and maintain a positive attitude exemplifies strong business-related skills with the ultimate can-do attitude.

Tim began working at the early age of 14. He realized, at a young age, the importance of being professional and making a life of his own. He quickly moved up the ranks in his six and a half years with Rita’s Italian Ice by learning company values, becoming certified in the company’s ice-making methods, and taking over the head team lead position directly under the owners of the number one franchise in the corporation. In the off-season, when Rita’s was closed for the winter each year, Tim served graciously at Ruby Tuesday. Understanding his career path and the value of knowledgeable experience, Tim landed an excellent internship with Marriott International’s Corporate Housing Division, ExecuStay.

Upon receipt of his Bachelor’s Degree from Frostburg State University, after a mere three and a half years of studies, in December of 2006, Tim was offered a permanent position with his former internship employer, Marriott. He continued to expand his network of intelligent people and consistently stressed his yearning for a more pristine position. By the age of 22, and simply one year after graduating from college, Tim moved to the nation’s capital employed by SAIC, on a contract supporting the Department of Defense (DOD). During his time with SAIC, Tim earned his MBA from Marymount University and now, seven years later, Tim continues to seek growth to expand his young career.

Tim routinely goes above and beyond what is required to learn a new system or process and asks the right questions to the right people to solve problems. Tim has the aptitude for using newly introduced resources and tools and applying them on a daily basis. Tim is able to multitask, be extremely flexible, and learn quickly. Tim is extremely detail-oriented, and an effective communicator inside and outside of work. He shares his thoughts, ideas, and concerns in an articulate and constructive manner. Tim is a true team player. He is very schedule oriented and proactively coordinates actions with coworkers and peers.

Outside of work, Tim maintains positive relationships with friends and family. He has a handle on his life and understands the importance a balance between work and personal life can have. Tim enjoys following headlines in the news and continuing to better himself as an individual.

Tim currently supports SAIC as a Sr. Contracts Representative on the Strategic Proposal Team and recently completed classes at CMSM where he focused on learning to better facilitate a yearning desire to not only improve his life, but alto to help others improve theirs. Tim continues to be motivated, focused, and entertained by constant interaction with people and is excited to begin a new chapter in his life. Tim will have his Massage Therapy license in the Fall of 2015.
