Alexandra Devlin is a teacher of Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement®. She discovered the method while searching for a way to become more flexible after joining a martial arts class in her late twenties. After attending several Awareness Through Movement sessions, she was able to produce head-high kicks with ease, doubling her range of movement. What she was not expecting to also find was relief from years of chronic and debilitating stress and worry. Eager to share this new found freedom with the rest of the world, she began studying the Method and now teaches classes and private sessions. With 3 years and over 900 hours of Feldenkrais training, Alex is authorized by the Feldenkrais Guild of North America (FGNA) to teach class, and continues her study through the Feldenkrais Training Program of Baltimore under the supervision of one of Dr. Feldenkrais’ original American students and co-founder of The Feldenkrais Institute of New York, David Zemach-Bersin.
