As the former Head gardener at a local museum in historic Frederick MD Christina applied her knowledge of 17th and 18th century foods, gardening and herbal recipes. This experience combined with a lifetime of food study has resulted in a special knack for adapting and recreating recipes so that dietary challenges won't get in the way of eating diversely. She is dedicated to educating our community about Lyme disease and teaching individuals how to live in hope.
Her education and studies have equipped her with an extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. As the founder of Can Do with Lyme, LLC. Christina’s current focus is in applying her knowledge to help people with dietary, spiritual, intellectual and environmental challenges, specializing in those with Complex Lyme Disease, (Borrelia Syndrome).

AromaTouch is a technique that utilizes the application of certified pure theraputic grade essential oils which are applied to the back and the feet to create a feeling of overall wellness. The technique is a combination of aromatherapy best practices and Thai massage with an emphasis on stimulating acupressure points.
As a minister, Chrisitna's experience goes well beyond officating wedding cermonies and has extended to include her work with Lyme patients. Listening to clients and working with them as they find their own path to healing through their mental health challenges has become common place in her practice.
