I’m Donna Dickerson, massage therapist, health coach, student of life, alternative health care methods, and plants.

My life experiences have varied greatly. In October 2019, I retired from my position as an early childhood educator, parent educator, and program director of 20 years. I have a degree in Early Childhood Development.

In 2015, I studied massage therapy at Northern Virginia Community College and am licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing. I am also licensed by the Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage and practice in my local Missouri community. In 2017, I was awarded a Certificate for Health Coaching from Georgetown University. My studies also include energy therapies, hypnosis (including Hypnobirthing), NLP, mindfulness/meditation, working with herbs, and essential oils. I am always in learning mode, very curious, and love a challenge.

The famous saying, “If I knew then, what I know now…” is likely true for most of us. My goal is to support health and wellness in others through massage therapy, health coaching, and my journey.  I hope to share ideas and experiences that may bring laughter, joy, hope, and just maybe answer a few questions, but to also continue learning through the journeys of others.
