How fitness and massage has helped me?
Fitness has not only helped me over come pain, it has also helped my mental health. I dealt with depression for years due to injuries and other personal reasons and stopped playing soccer, one of my personal passions, to focus on other hobbies like drawing only to realize sitting long hours made my pains worse. Throughout my athletic journey, I have learned firsthand the importance of proper rehabilitation and maintenance. I am able to use movement techniques such as self-massage, mobility, and strengthening exercises as my medicine to relieve stress and anxiety. I have been able to regain my strength, mobility, fitness and confidence. I am eager to share my knowledge and expertise in self care with you, empowering you to move and feel better.
My training preference is a mix of strength training and soccer drills/running because that’s what I love to do and that’s what makes it fun for me. After finding out more about your past training history we can come up with a program for you that is challenging but fun so you enjoy your training and want to consistently do it. After all, the key to long lasting pain relieving or body changing results is being consistent.
