As a massage therapist my goal is to provide a therapeutic and professional massage personalized to the needs expressed by my clients.  


Alignment and posture are crucial to my practice. I have several certifications in Thai massage which involve stretching and positioning the body to help optimize muscle relaxation. I target the areas that are causing tension. I focus on the opposing and supporting muscles to help solve the cause of the problem, not just alleviate pain.

Will gave me an excellent massage and I was sad when it was over! He asked about how I was feeling, areas to focus on, music preference, and temperature of the room. Then addressed all my issues and gave me some stretches to do at home. Great!
