   I know because I am a success story.  I lived with chronic neck and shoulder pain for years.  Before becoming a massage therapist I waited tables, and all those years carrying huge trays were so hard on my shoulder it caused an almost constant dull ache, the kind that slowly drives you mad.  Serendipitously, in 2004 I found myself attending an amazing massage school, learning how to manage my shoulder pain, prevent it, and everyday since, I continue to be amazed at how beneficial Massage Therapy is, in almost all circumstances.  
Now I LOVE helping others free themselves from pain, learn to manage it, or just relax, shifting their nervous system into parasympathetic dominance so their body can heal itself!
