   I know because I am a success story.  I lived with chronic neck and shoulder pain for years.  Before becoming a massage therapist I waited tables, and all those years carrying huge trays were so hard on my shoulder it caused an almost constant dull ache, the kind that slowly drives you mad.  Serendipitously, in 2004 I found myself attending an amazing massage school, learning how to manage my shoulder pain, prevent it, and everyday since, I continue to be amazed at how beneficial Massage Therapy is, in almost all circumstances.  
Now I LOVE helping others free themselves from pain, learn to manage it, or just relax, shifting their nervous system into parasympathetic dominance so their body can heal itself!

Erin did a wonderful job at asking questions to find out what I was needing and expecting. During the massage she paid attention to what I was feeling and made a few changes as needed to accomplish what I needed. Her massage techniques are so good that I truly feel it was the best massage I ever had. I will definitely return for another in the near future.

Erin is one of the best at what she does. I love the deep tissue massage... she rubs all my stress and aches away.

Erin presses deep and as hard as you can take it. Not for comfort but is really for theraputic resolves. She can provide whatever type massage you request.
