Learning how to treat a variety of conditions from James Waslaski, a 2008 Massage Therapy Hall of Fame inductee, such as; frozen shoulder, sciatica, bulging or ruptured discs, carpel tunnel, plantar fasciitis, tendinosis, nerve compressions, golfers elbow, tennis elbow, trigger finger and arthritis, has helped me grow with confidence in my career but I am no stranger to depression. Whether you are dealing with physical pain or emotional pain, it ALL hurts and can lead to depression. Massage can help! So if your tight or uptight let me help you get back to "alright!"

I highly recommend this wonderfully skilled professional! I went in with a head and neck ache and walked out felling euphoric and happy. That night all I remember is drinking a full glass of water then falling asleep. When I woke up the next morning I felt refreshed and ready for my day! Great professionalism and ability. The massages have kept me able to withstand a very tough and grueling tax season and allow me to not be as tight in my neck, back and shoulders. Would recommend Crystal to anyone seeking relief from pain and stiffness.
