Mindy Simmons started her career as an Athletic Trainer for athletes at all levels: high school, college division I, II, III, professional, and recreational. Concurrently, she earned her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Licensed Massage Therapist. Ultimately, by combining her athletic training skills with massage therapy, she discovered the perfect balance in fully helping active individuals with musculoskeletal pain and discomfort.
