The service that my therapists and I aim to provide addresses ones need for a healthier lifestyle without the use of prescription drugs. Hence, the name I chose for my practice. Our bodies literally crave healing through massage. How else can you explain ones sudden urge to seek therapy? I choose therapists that have a desire to provide a public service beyond that of the average therapist. We listen to the client and assess their verbal communication of what they need to combine it with our palpable assessment of their current physical condition in order to perform the service that best fits the clients overall requirements.

She did an exceptional job addressing my upper and lower back pain. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she used targeted massage and stretching techniques that focused specifically on the areas where I was experiencing the most discomfort and tension. Her technique was deliberate, knowledgeable, and effective, and I could feel a noticeable difference in my mobility and overall comfort by the end of the session. A consummate professional who clearly understands how to tailor her approach to the individual needs of her clients.

Najmah was very skilled however the other areas of the experience could be improved - compassion- customers service- informative- bedside manners.....etc. The environment was not warm and welcoming.
