been a Nationally Certified and licensed massage therapist since 2012. I have worked alongside chiropractors for

As a graduate of the Lexington Healing Arts Academy, I have
been a Nationally Certified and licensed massage therapist since 2012. I have worked alongside chiropractors for
over two years and have a strong background in providing massage therapy to
those with head, neck, and back injuries.
The type of massage I specialize in is referred to as
myofascial release. This is a great way to break up the surface layer of fascia
and allow deeper muscles to release more naturally. I take great care in
customizing each massage to deliver maximum benefit to my clients.
Ever since I can remember I knew I wanted to invest in the
healing of others, to help them realize they don’t have to live in a state of
constant struggle against their aches and pains. My family and friends have
always encouraged me to pursue my passion for massage therapy as a profession.
What a wonderful gift to be able to give to someone in this world of schedules
and timelines, peace in their body.
Knowing that a client’s whole day can go a better way after a massage is
such encouragement to continue this work and fulfill my duty to help this world
be a better place, one knot at a time.
I have been honored to volunteer my time for the Disabled
Veterans Massage Foundation and feel very blessed to work at Flourish, where I
am able to promote healing, recovery, and wellness.
