Denise was very professional however again I feel that more information could have been given to a first timer. I wasn’t pleased overall due to lack of education During the process. Again I know things maybe a little different during COVID times however it wasn’t what I had expected considering the information given from another location.

Denise was professional, knowledgable and kept me comfortable throughout the procedure. I appreciated being to laugh and speak honestly with her about the procedure and the fact that she checked in on me and encouraged me to take breaks if things got intense. I am a trauma survivor and knowing that it was ok to take a break and not have to tough it out if I got overwhelmed meant a lot to me personally. Its a small gesture that many take for granted but it made a difference for me.
