After noticing the progression in my Tai Chi practice from receiving regular massage I was convinced this was something everyone needed as often as possible.  Feeling the benefits of massage therapy from Neck & Back Pain to just a general ability to Relax peaked my interest in this healing art. I decided to go to school to learn more about the body and how to alleviate some of the tension accumulated and stored within it. I received my certification from Sheridan Technical Institute where I learned several modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Acupressure, Sports Massage, Cryotherapy and more. 

Since completing school I have had a blast learning even more with each different setting I work at, each new therapist I meet, and each continuing education class I attend . I've taken classes on advanced studies in myofascia release, sports injuries, soft tissue melting, and advanced concepts for treating the head, neck, and shoulders to name a few. I've also learned and offer Chinese Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, Chair Massage, and I specialize in Foot Massage/Reflexology!

I love bringing my clients into a state of relaxation by focusing on their individual needs. I have 3 cozy locations in Broward County I work from as well as offering outcall/mobile services.
