   Myokinesthetic is the muscle movement technique that corrects and balances the nervous system. I find the nerve that is the issue and stimulate only the muscles along that one nerve pathway. It helps rewind the muscle memory to before you had the pain!

   I can't wait to have a chance to help you feel better and have a more normal realxed you. 

I have also taken Thai massage classes starting on 2017. A general full body plus a specialty knee class and a specialty shoulder class for pain and injuries.

I have also been doing cupping since 2010.
