I enjoy taking continuing education classes; both for professional and personal growth. 'When you stop growing, you start dying' is a quote by William S. Burroughs that has stuck with me.  I continue to use that as motivation in everyday life.
Personally, I love to travel when possible, visit with friends and family & walking in nature. I also enjoy library time with my books.

Michele is very professional and certainly understood my need for a FIRM massage! I signed up for 90 minutes, thinking that would feel like a LONG time. It went by in a flash and I was very relaxed and happy afterward. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely amazing massage from Michele. I especially liked the salve, the heat on the neck with essential oils and the work on my neck. Overall the pressure was just right and Michele was sure to ask periodically if it was ok. She also didn't talk except to check in with me and also to professionally introduce herself and get aquainted. I was able to drift off the last at least half of the session which was perfect as we are moving next week and I had not been sleeping well. Perfect!
