Hello and welcome to my page! 

I've been a licensed massage therapist and salon owner in Texas and Colorado for nearly three decades. As a professional, I have the responsibility to be critical and to seek out the most recent research on the benefits of massage therapy and skills to adapt to share with my clients. I am a AMTA member, so I also receive fist hand... massage-specific features to help provide improved health to the clients in my practice. I’ve recently updated and expanded my credentials, graduating (with honors!) from the renowned Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy. I am eager to share with you the integrated massage techniques and body work artistry that I am skilled with. My bodywork specialties include Therapeutic Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Shiatsu and Ashiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Hot Rocks, Cupping, Deep Tissue Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Massage and Rossiter. Other spa services I offer include Hair Design, Skin Care, Scalp Movement, Hydrotherapy Sessions, Body Waxing, Natural Manicures and Spa Pedicures, and Reflexology.

All services are done personally by me, by appointment, in my private spa retreat, which has been described as "warm, inviting, and welcoming."

I believe the body functions as a whole and therefore must be treated as a whole. When your body is stressed beyond its ability to cope, the result is pain, illness, and suffering. My goal is to help reduce the impact of stress as much as possible through massage, bodywork, and promotion of healthier living. It is my desire to improve the quality and balance of your life through my gift of touch.

I have been involved in the Beauty and Bodywork industry since 1976. I received my Cosmetologist Licensed in 1984 and opened my first Salon & Spa in 1989 in TX. Then Licensed as a Massage Therapists in 1991. In 1993 I moved to Colorado. Over the years I have owned and worked at five Salon & Spas, Currently as of 2020 I have downsized to a small business located on the NE side of Fort Collins, where I practice Salon and Bodywork services. Recently I updated and expanded my credentials with Massage Therapy.

Lennie was insanely good and effective. I knew my neck had kinks and was stiff, but she provided relief like I've never experienced. She was very aware of the amount of pressure depending on which area she was addressing. Her skill level is second to none and I've had many massages.

Lennie is the best theropust around. She focuses on the indivudual differently. When you have a 90 min massage i walk out painless. Very pleasant lady and concerned about her customer. Highly recomend
