I am in my 40's and for over a decade I struggled with lower back pain that would be crippling at times (unable to walk or get out of bed). This affected my life in so many ways, missing out on many experiences with my family and friends. I tried so many treatments, from speaking with my MD, x-rays, MRI's, chiropractic (for over 20 yrs), massages, acupuncture, losing weight, exercise, yoga, stretching, etc. Nothing seemed to work and many made it worse. I was told it was just "disc degeneration" from getting older (I am not that old). Jordan was the only one who discussed my biomechanics and movement in my everyday life. Within a few massages and working on the tools he offered, changing how I sit, walk, and stand, I have been able to reduce the pain to almost be non-existent in 4 sessions. I cannot remember the last time that I felt this good and healthy. I am now able to hike, ride my mountain bike, swim, travel, and most anything else without the constant worry of "throwing my back out." Thank you Jordan! You are truly a life saver.

Great massage and a very relaxing setting. Jordan was also very knowledgeable about my back pain and provided a ton of great advice and insights on how to correct these problems in my day to day life. I would recommend him above any other massage therapist
