Joanna has been practicing stress reduction techniques such as concentration to the breath and body scans for the past 15 years, and can use them to help you during your massage if you wish to enhance the benefits of your massage.

Joanna is fully licensed and insured in the state of Colorado and has been practicing massage full time for 22 years, graduating from Massage Therapy Institute in St. Augustine Florida in 2001. Voted Best Massage Therapist of St. Augustine for 2007, 2008, and 2009. Won 2nd place in NoCo Style Magazine Best Massage Therapist for 2022. 

In addition to relaxation, and relief from chronic and acute pain, she provides client education to empower you with the knowledge to keep yourself well. Joanna was trained and Certified as a Cupping Massage Practitioner in 2014. She loves learning, and continuing to attend new trainings to keep improving upon her skill set. It is a gentle and specific manual therapy encouraging normal mobility of the organs and their connective tissue.
