I loved "I will listen to your body and use the pressure your body best responds to" So many times deep tissue means painful and you brace yourself...this massage was one of the best most productive experiences I have had. Jessika also offered guidance for stretching, yoga and pilates to support my own issues until my next massage! Five stars from me!

Had a problem with my neck. Jessika worked on it. Really worked on the problem. Her massages are relaxing AND effective. I almost want to cry when it is over - I don't want the massage to end.
