She specializes in Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Therapy for TMJD, Whiplash, headaches and Scoliosis, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release and Cupping. Jess’s integrative approach to healing starts with educating and bringing awareness to her clients about the stress patterns that occur in the body. She is passionate about facilitating change in her clients by helping them interrupt these stress patterns that lead to imbalance and pain. Over the years she has developed a diverse skill set that allows her to work with a range of clients and lifestyles. Her work with athletes has especially grown as she has become more active with the Triathlon and running communities. Even though Jess is a California native, she has made Colorado home since 2007 and loves being part of the active outdoor lifestyle. When she’s not working, you can often find her hanging out with her son paddle boarding, fly fishing, skiing, hiking, and the list goes on.

Aromatherapy Lymphatic Massage stimulates the lymphatic system by applying light pressure in the direction of the lymph nodes. It uses soft pumping movements to move lymph so that it can drain away normally. It uses pure essential oils to aid the elimination of waste and toxins from the body, thus enhancing the therapeutic benefit and assists in detoxifying the body. Though this massage is very gentle, its effects can be powerful. The rhythmic, yet light movements calm body and mind – and aid deep relaxation.

Jess is fabulous! Very knowledgeable and gets to the problem zones. She seems to always know the right level of pressure but still asks how you feel. I've been going to her for years and HIGHLY recommend!
