Elizabeth at Rejuvenation Massage is amazing! I asked for a total body, deep-tissue massage (The Hammer) to help with my Fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Massages hurt while having it done, but helps me move and sleeping better for days after. Elizabeth checked in periodically to ask if the pressure was what I wanted (it was). She's extremely skilled at locating and working out troubled areas, and at the same time ensures that I get the entire body massage that asked for. Elizabeth also spoke with me about long-term treatment and my current health issues and goals. I appreciate that she spoke *with* me and not at me. She's a lovely person with a calm and confident presence which makes a massage from her even better. I highly recommend experiencing a massage from Elizabeth.
