Cherokee Hope is a Colorado native who grew up on the Great Plains. She completed nursing school in Kansas, and has practiced as an RN in hospital settings and health education for 10 years. She completed her massage training and graduated from Healing Arts institute in June 2016. During her years as an acute care nurse, Cherokee began to feel the need to shift her focus to an independent, holistic aspect of health promotion. After experiencing some dramatic benefits of massage following a car accident, she decided this was the path for her. As someone who walks through painful experiences with clients in the hospital on a daily basis, she is passionate about helping them find a path to greater wellness. As an LMT, Cherokee focuses on athletic massage, clients with long-term pain, and injury recovery. She loves to improve quality of life for her clients! Cherokee served in the US Peace Corps along with her husband, spending 2 years in Paraguay, South America. There she learned to speak Spanish, slow life down, and appreciate the little things. Now that they are back home, Cherokee and her husband are spending lots of time with family, included their many nieces and nephews. When she has free time, she loves to hike, take long bike rides, paint, and play the ukulele.

I tell my friends all the time they need to go get a massage from Cherokee. If there’s something hurting she can figure out what to massage and movements to make it feel better. Then the exercises prescribed to do to keep from getting the same pain or discomfort are explained. She does a great job and I highly recommend her.

Cherokee is AWESOME!!! She is skilled and knowledgeable, with a very calm and caring demeanor. Her massages are like getting PT and relaxing massage at the same time, and very therapeutic. I would highly recommend Cherokee to anyone!

Cherokee's therapeutic technique is an essential part of my overall well-being. Seeing her as often as possible effects my posture and pain levels in a way that rewards every other part of my life. Pain, even when it is minimal, effects the way I interact with others and the relief that just an hour brings is well worth the investment of time.
