Originally from Denver and currently residing in Fort Collins, CO, Alex’s love for massage began after working as an EMT. A fast-paced career working on an ambulance exposed her to many different injuries and illnesses. While she found satisfaction helping people in life-threatening situations, Alex found herself searching for a new avenue to help facilitate healing in a more lasting, personal way. She attended the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins and graduated from their 600-hour Massage Therapy program in 2019.

Alex loves working with a wide variety of people. Those who enjoy being active, pregnant women, and people who are open to bettering their health are just some of the clients she loves to work with. She enjoys discovering her clients’ unique needs, as well as delivering a quality, worthwhile experience upon each visit. Whether seeking help with a chronic injury or just looking to unwind, Alex’s goal is to facilitate positive change while promoting healing. She has a passion for performing neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, and abhyanga massage.

When not at work, Alex loves to explore the great outdoors with her husband and two daughters. Rock climbing, hiking, and stand-up paddle boarding are a few activities she loves to do with her family.
