I started my healing journey by studying the mind and eventually ended up with a bachelor's and masters degree in clinical/counseling psychology. After working as a marriage and family therapist intern for a few years and learning to how to heal the mind, I decided I wanted to refocus my healing journey on the body. That is when I discovered the healing power of massage.

In 2009 I began a program of study at a Medical Massage school and in 2010 graduated with and Associates Degree in Medical Massage. Since that time I have worked in a therapeutic/medical massage settings as well as with private clients in their home. 

In June of 2014 I graduated from and Environmental Health Science Program at Cal State San Bernardino and is currently a Registered Environmental Health Specialist with the State of California.

I have spent the last 15 years of my life studying various aspects of health and happiness, and only wishes to spread this knowledge and empower people to be healthy and enjoy life as much as possible. I have come to realize that true health and wellness includes addressing the mind, the body, the environment around you, and your connection with the deepest parts of yourself.
